- A meal if the meal is served at your residence. Of course, providing a meal is not required nor expected.
You are not permitted to provide:
- Transportation for the student-athlete. This includes the use of a vehicle, ride in your vehicle, bus fare/tokens, cab fare, etc.
- A meal if provided at any location other than your residence or the Seattle university campus at official Seattle University establishments. This prohibition includes any restaurant located near the Seattle University campus (Starbucks, Chieftain, etc.)
- A monetary tip or any other gift.

The ride along must be during normal practice time. Fall practices start in late September and will most likely be in the early afternoon on weekdays and Saturday mornings. Winter will be a mix of mornings and afternoons, Spring will most likely be all morning. Practices are not held in summer.
