Please consult your tax professional for the appropriate deduction for your donation.   This form will accept your in-kind donation. If you are donating a tangible item, please deliver the item to Phil Mann, Director of Baseball Operations.  Call him at (847) 899-7445 to arrange a time to drop off items.

Items can also be dropped of in the lobby of the O'Brien Building on E. Cherry St. and 13th Ave.
